- Draft and review sales agreements
- Negotiate terms of sales contracts with buyers
- Search seller's liabilities, judgments and tax liens
- Draft seller's creditor's sworn list of creditors and hold harmless statement
- Prepare state, county, and municiple transfer tax declarations
- Prepare closing statements
- Attend closings
- Prepare Bulk Sale stop orders
- Escrow agreements and/or Power of Attorney, if necessary
