Ms. Wang concentrates her practice exclusively in Immigration and Nationality law. She brings to the firm many years of experience in employment-based immigration matters where she has represented multinational companies, major academic institutions, scientific laboratories, entrepreneurs, as well as professionals in a wide range of specialty occupations. Her practice areas include B, E, F, H, O, and P nonimmigrant visas and employment-based immigrant petitions including PERM labor certification, National Interest Waiver, Outstanding Professors and Researchers, and individuals with extraordinary ability. Ms. Wang also assists many local businesses in the I-9 compliance program to ensure employers adhere to the legal hiring practices mandated by the law.

As a practicing attorney, Ms. Wang’s expertise in business immigration is extensive. She has successfully represented companies and foreign nationals in all levels of the immigration process. Her broad knowledge in the business aspects of the law is evident in her successful handling of a multitude of complex cases involving Requests for Evidence (RFEs), AAO appeals, DOL PERM audits, and BALCA appeals.

Ms. Wang is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has knowledge of Japanese.
